CUSTOMERS, BIKES AND KUDOS!

I have been wanting a Harley for the past 15 years.  I finally was able to get myself into a position to where I could afford one.  I went to the Harley shop to buy one but they all looked like cookie cutter bikes to me.   I wanted an original bike.  So, I looked around the treasure valley to see where the best place to have my bike built would be.  I went to about 10 different shops talking to different builders.  When I walked into Pro Power Performance and talked to the staff, it was a no-brainer that this was the place to have my bike built.  I've seen their work.  They do an excellent job of precision work with unique styles and that is what drew me to Pro Power Performance in the beginning.

I sat down with the staff.  We had a budget and came up with a plan.  We had a lot of ideas.  The staff at PPP would tell me if one of my ideas wouldn't work and would make suggestions as to what I should do to keep me on the path to the bike that I would want to see come out of this.  All of the folks at PPP have done an outstanding job and now I own a one of a kind bike.

Hey Todd,

Just letting ya know the deployment is as good as it can be so far. I just read your little article on BobberRepublic.com. Pretty cool. I’m getting things together to chop my shovel again. I found a horizontal Mag and I will probably have some questions about it and frame modification when I get back to the states. I also added a pic with that PPP patch you gave me. That thing has been all over Iraq. Well I gotta roll on another mission. See ya back in the states!

I took my bike into Pro Power Performance for the first time two weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend.  I’d been having service work done at a different shop, and due to some personnel changes, wasn’t too happy lately.  So I walked in and talked with Todd one day, and the straight, no-nonsense, no sales pressure conversation convinced me to give PPP a shot.  Made an appointment, and got a spring service, new rear tire, and had Todd look into difficult shifting.  I’ve got to tell you – that motorcycle has NEVER shifted better!  Todd gave me a complete (and creditable) explanation of what he found and did.  You have one (another?) very happy customer here…

Thx,

Curtis

Some people reading this may not know me, as it has been a few years since my last “safety meeting”. My name is Billy Landon & I would like to take this time to thank Casey & P.P.P. for building me a fantastic bike. Every piece from the frame to the mirrors was hand picked with the help of Casey and friends, then assembled, fit, torn apart, (painted as a surprise to me) then reassembled over a period of time, (according to my funds) all by Pro Power Performance. They not only did a fantastic job on my Bike, but the group of people that came around on a regular basis, are some of the best friends one could hope to encounter. I didn’t feel like I was having a company work on my project, I felt as if a family was working with me to put OUR bike on the road. It seemed as if we all had a piece of this bike invested in us.

Shortly before the bike was complete, I moved to South Florida. I decide to have Casey & P.P.P. finish what they had started, as I left the bike in Idaho. I did however ride it a few times in Boise prior to tear down and final build. WOW! Did I love that after a long wait.

A few months of me chomping at the bit in anticipation, the day had finally arrived for my bike to be delivered in Florida. To my surprise it was not still in primer, as I had thought, but Casey and my Dad had worked together to make sure it was painted for its unveiling. I can't put into words how choked up I was, or how grateful  I felt when I first saw my bike coming off of the hauler. It was just plain fantastic. It doesn’t seem like I can thank Casey & P.P.P. enough for everything they did in completing this project. They went well above and beyond what other companies would have done.

In this day and age, most people or companies are strictly about the all mighty dollar and customers are just another face. Its nice to know that there are still some places one can go to where people are treated like family, and taken care of as a friend. I just wish they had a branch in South Florida.

Thanks for everything Casey. I will never forget all that you have done for me, & I still owe you a deep sea fishing trip if you ever make it down this way.

Billy

P.S. for those who don’t know, P.P.P. did such a great job on the bike, someone else wanted it bad enough to steal it. Not all stories have a happy ending

Pro Powered Pam!

I saw all the fun my friends were having riding when they went on trips. I always babysat their dogs, birds, etc., therefore I got a lot of t-shirts from places. So when my best friend Marianne got her bike for her 60Th birthday, I decided to get a Harley. I had quite a time learning to ride, balancing issues. Coming to a smooth stop was hard. I really didn't like two wheels. So I started looking into trikes. My friend Shirley has a trike. I sat on hers and was sold.  My nephew told me about Pro Power Performance in Boise, Id. Todd looked into conversions for me. Now I have a beautiful trike and love riding. Thank You so much Pro Power. Todd you are the greatest!

I have found the folks, KC, Todd and Skye, at Pro Power Performance, to be some of the most helpful and friendly people I've ever dealt with in the motorcycle world. They make you feel like family and right at home. They have always been fair and honest in any dealings I've had with the shop. They have been instrumental in keeping my Shovelhead on the road. I have not seen an American v-twin they couldn't help, or any other bike for that matter. Pro Power Performance is the place I trust for all my motorcycle needs, I know it will be done correctly and in a timely manner. I refer all my friends, and even relatives, to have work done at Pro Power Performance and have seen no disappointments. Real good people.
