It is that time of year again. We are selling tickets for the Boise Valley POW-MIA annual Kimber 1911 .45 Auto Pro Carry II raffle. Only 500 tickets will be sold with the drawing being held on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Tickets are only $10 each with all proceeds being split between our Idaho State Veterans Home and The National League of POW/MIA Families. We have 50 tickets for sale - cash or check only. Thank you for your support!
July 2-5, 2021 (FRIDAY-MONDAY) - Closed
Every year over the 4th of July we go into the other PPP mode: "Pup Pampering Patrol". Our pups are deathly afraid of fireworks and chaos and unfortunately the city sets off fireworks directly across the street from our house. So we gather up the pups and take them to a calm mountain area for some R&R. Please always check here to see what days we will be closed over the 4th. Thank you!
sEptember 19th, 2021 (Sunday) - 15TH ANNUAL sWEET RIDE/chrome at the home
This year is a bit different with all of the unknowns. Last year’s Sweet Ride and Chrome at the Home was cancelled due to Covid-19. At this point we are not sure when the Annual Chrome at the Home event will be able to be scheduled again. This year it was decided that both of these events would be combined together for the Sweet Ride which has been moved to September. Please join us for this amazing event at the Triangle Restaurant in Sweet Idaho. All proceeds from this event will be split equally between the Idaho State Veterans Home and the National League of POW/MIA Families. For more info check out www.bvpowmia.org or call 208-867-9105.
If you have never been to Chrome at the Home then you are truly missing out! Check it out and then plan to join us. Hands down this is our favorite event of the year. Guaranteed to make a veteran smile! All proceeds from this event goes towards the quality of life for our veterans at the Idaho State Veterans Home.
